In cooperation with NCE Seafood Innovation Cluster, Lerøy offers a one-year trainee programme in different areas of expertise in the seafood industry. The trainee programme runs over the course of a year, and is a company-oriented junior program for young, recently graduated candidates. The programme offers intensive engagement in a company, where basic training is received and an introduction is given to the company’s overall operation, plus participation in a joint technical programme.
The technical programme stretches over four 3-day modules, where one seminar will take place in a foreign country. The modules will be themed such that they cover the whole value chain for the seafood industry; production, research and technology, marketing/sales, and innovation. Through the programme you will be assigned your personal mentor, who has extensive knowledge of the seafood industry.
