Wraps with cod, pesto mayonnaise,​ mixed salad and feta cheese​ ​

Lean fish like cod and feta cheese are a perfect combination, especially when you season it with a little pesto mayonnaise. This wrap is made in less than 20 minutes!

Procedure

  • Poach the cod in salted water, just below boiling point, for approx. 12 minutes.
  • Heat the tortillas for a few minutes in the oven or in a frying pan.
  • Mix the pesto and mayonnaise and spread the mixture on the tortillas before topping with salad,  feta cheese, cod and basil.
