Atlantic catfish fillet without skin and bones, in cubes

bacon in cubes

small handfuls of mushrooms

boiled white beans

cream
fresh thyme

of black pepper

Procedure
Fry the bacon in a pan, add the mushrooms and cook until this becomes tender.
Add the beans, catfish, cream, pepper and salt to the pan. Let this boil for 10 minutes.
Add the thyme at serving.
Serve with fresh, warm bread.
