Poké bowl with trout, tuna and halibut

This is a poké bowl to serve when you want to impress!

Ingredients

    • 100 g tuna fillet, diced, from the freezer
    • 100 g halibut, diced, from the freezer
    • 200 g trout, diced
    • bags of boil-in-the-bag barley
  • Classic Poké sauce
    • Half a red chilli, finely chopped
    • 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 4 tsp sesame oil
    • Juice of 1 lime
    • Half a cucumber, diced
    • avocado, diced
    • small red onion, sliced

Procedure

  1. Boil the rice, following the pack instructions.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl.
  3. Cut and slice the vegetables and mix in a bowl.
  4. Dice the tuna, halibut and trout.
  5. Divide the barley between the bowls, add the vegetables then the fish and Poké sauce.
