The Norwegian Transparency Act

The purpose of the Norwegian Transparency Act is to promote companies' respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions

How can we be of assistance?

The purpose of the Norwegian Transparency Act is to promote companies' respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in connection with the production of goods and provision of services. Furthermore, the Transparency Act shall ensure the public access to information on how companies handle negative consequences for basic human rights and decent working conditions.

Lerøy has a long tradition with focus on both human rights and decent working conditions, and this is rooted in our procedures and guidelines.

Information about our guidelines on the area can be found in our Code of conduct and in our Sustainability Library. We also refer to information about our value chain here.

Find the Transparency Act Report for 2022 here.
