Creole salmon on a bed of vegetables

    • 1 pack of oven-ready Creole salmon
  • Sauce
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • Vegetables
    • 1 pepper
    • 2 tomatoes
    • 1 spring onion
    • 100 g cauliflower

Procedure

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Remove the plastic from the aluminium tray and bake the fish on the middle shelf in the oven for 15-20 minutes. 
  2. Mix the olive oil with the sweet chilli sauce. 
  3. Chop the pepper, tomatoes, spring onion and cauliflower and mix with the sauce. Leave to marinade for a few minutes. 
  4. Serve the baked salmon on a bed of the vegetables.
