Tagliatelle with crab

This dish is delicious, tasty and makes it easy to impress if you have guests.

Ingredients

    • crab shells
    • bunches of fresh parsley
    • cloves of garlic
    • 8 tbsp olive oil
    • Tagliatelle

Procedure

  1. Bring some water to the boil and boil the parsley over a high heat for around 8 minutes.
  2. Drain the parsley and blend to a purée using a hand blender and adding the garlic and olive oil.
  3. Toss the crab meat in the purée and season with pepper.
  4. Boil the pasta, following the pack instructions. 
  5. Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
