A quick and easy recipe with hot-smoked salmon

  • Ingredients
    • 500 g hot-smoked salmon
    • tortillas
    • 4 handfuls mixed salad
    • spring onions
    • 8 tbsp natural yoghurt

Method

1. Warm the tortillas in the oven or in a frying pan.
2. Fill each tortilla with salad and sliced spring onion. Top with flakes of the hot-smoked salmon and a couple of tablespoons of natural yoghurt.
