Procedure
- Boil the pasta, following the pack instructions.
 - Fry the finely chopped garlic in oil until translucent. Add whole cherry tomatoes and fry until golden brown on the surface, then add the sliced courgette.
 - Season with pepper and Provence herbs and leave to fry over a medium heat for several minutes until the courgette is soft.
 - Toss in the spinach.
 - Add the boiled pasta to the pan with the vegetables and drizzle with olive oil before serving onto two plates.
 - Melt the butter in the pan and fry the cod until it is cooked through and golden.
 - Place the cod on top of the pasta and squeeze lemon over. Enjoy!
