Crab salad with chilli and ginger

A fresh crab salad with lots of flavor.

    • 2 crab shells
    • 1 lime
    • 0.25 red chilli
    • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
    • Half a cucumber
    • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
    • Half a pot fresh coriander

  1. Grate the lime zest, finely chop the chilli and fresh ginger and cut the cucumber into thin sticks lengthwise.
  2. Mix with the mayonnaise, lime juice and the crab meat.
  3. Serve with freshly baked bread, preferably toasted on a griddle pan. Butter the bread and place in the pan or under the grill until golden, around 4-6 minutes.
