Fish burger with chilli mayonnaise

LESS THAN 20 MINUTES EASY
A really tasty burger with salmon and cod that you will cook in just minutes on the grill or in the frying pan. You can make the dressing as spicy as you like!

    • fish burgers, salmon and cod
  • To serve
    • red onion, sliced into rings
    • tomatoes, sliced thinly
    • hamburger buns
  • Chili mayonnaise
    • 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
    • red chilli, finely chopped
    • squeeze of lime juice
    • 4 tbsp mayonnaise

Procedure

  1. Mix the sweet chilli sauce, finely chopped chilli and lime juice with the mayonnaise to make a dressing.
  2. Slice the red onion into rings and slice the tomatoes. 
  3. Grill the burgers over a medium heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or fry in a frying pan.
  4. Once the burgers are almost done, put the hamburger buns under the grill. You can also warm them in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Spread the chilli mayonnaise on the burger buns, add the red onion and tomato then top with the fish burgers.
