Grilled salmon with pesto and pasta salad

Pasta salad taste great with grilled salmon, and can also be made ahead of time if you want your dinner to go really fast.

    • 500 g salmon natural
    • 4 tbsp pesto
  • Pasta salad
    • 100 g dried pasta per person, preferably fusilli or penne
    • 200 g vegetables (your choice)
    • 2 tsp salt

Procedure

  1. Bring a pan of water to the boil for the pasta.
  2. Spread the pesto over the salmon fillets.
  3. Place the aluminium tray with the salmon under the grill for around 15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through. You can also bake the salmon in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for around 15 minutes.
  4. You can make the pasta salad using your favourite ingredients. Fusilli or penne work well with a pasta salad. Boil according to instructions on the pack. Chop and mix your choice of vegetables – spring onions, mangetout and carrots work well in a pasta salad.
  5. Transfer the salmon to a plate and season with salt. Serve with the pasta salad.
