Hotpot with cod, salmon and ginger

Hotpot is the perfect fish soup if you like a lot of flavours and want to use good produce. In addition this hotpot takes less than 20 minutes to prepare.

    • 200 g salmon
    • 200 g cod
    • 4 dl vegetable stock
    • 0.5 tsp sriracha or other hot chilli sauce
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce
    • 0.25 piece red chilli, or more according to taste
    • 1 tsp fresh ginger, chopped
    • 2 small handfuls chinese cabbage, shredded
    • 4 sticks celery, thinly sliced

1. Add the vegetable stock, Sriracha, soy sauce, chilli and ginger to a pan and bring to the boil. Boil for around 10 minutes.
2. Add the cod, salmon, Chinese cabbage and celery and cook for 6-8 minutes.
3. Serve with fresh flat-leaf parsley.
