Hotpot is the perfect fish soup if you like a lot of flavours and want to use good produce. In addition this hotpot takes less than 20 minutes to prepare.

tspsriracha or other hot chilli sauce

piecered chilli, or more according to taste
tspfresh ginger, chopped
small handfulschinese cabbage, shredded
stickscelery, thinly sliced
Method
1. Add the vegetable stock, Sriracha, soy sauce, chilli and ginger to a pan and bring to the boil. Boil for around 10 minutes. 2. Add the cod, salmon, Chinese cabbage and celery and cook for 6-8 minutes. 3. Serve with fresh flat-leaf parsley.
