Pan-fried cod with salad

Impress with a different kind of dish straight from the pan! Try it with sugar kelp for a new and exciting taste.

cod fillet, skinned and boned

seaweed powder or 1/2 tsp salt

turns of a pepper grinder

handfuls mixed salad
Method:
Fire up the Primus stove if cooking outdoors or heat a frying pan in your kitchen.
Melt the butter and fry the cod over a medium heat.
Sprinkle over the seaweed powder, pepper and a little salt to taste.
Fry the fish until it starts to flake, around 4-5 minutes.
Add some extra butter to the pan at the end to make a bit more sauce.
Plate the fish on top of a handful of salad.
