A delicious poké bowl with peppered poké sauce is a delight to the eye and palate.

raw scallops, sliced thinly
Poké sauce

sesame oil

soy sauce

turns of black pepper

handfuls mixed salad

carrots cut into thin sticks
Half a bunch flat-leaf parsley, with leaves picked

white sesame seeds
Zest of 1 lime
Juice of half a lime

olive oil
Procedure
Make the sauce by mixing the sesame oil and soy sauce with pepper in a small bowl.
Mix the salad, carrots, parsley, sesame seeds, lime zest, lime juice and olive oil in a separate bowl.
Slice the scallops thinly.
Place the salad in bowls, top with the scallops and pour the sauce over.
Mix gently before serving.
