    • 400 g thin slices of salmon
    • plums, cut in cubes
    • 4 tbsp soy sauce
    • 4 pinches of cumin

  • Cut the salmon into thin slices. 
  • Mix the plums with soy sauce and cumin. Leave for 15 minutes before serving.
