Carpaccio of smoked trout served with spring onion and lemon

Less than 20 minutes easy
A simple dish, with ingredients you will find in you local supermarket. This dish is perfect as a snack.

    • 400 g smoked trout, in thin slices
    • 0.5 lemon, zest only
    • 2 tbsp capers
    • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
    • 4 turns of a pepper grinder
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 0.5 bunch fresh dill

1. Thinly slice the smoked trout and spread over four plates.

2. Sprinkle with grated lemon zest, capers and spring onion.

3. Top the carpaccio with pepper, olive oil and fresh dill and serve.
