Procedure
Finely chop the seaweed and marinate in the juice of one lime and soya sauce (to taste) for around 10 minutes.
Thinly slice the salmon and lay over the seaweed salad.
Grate the rind of half a lime, mix with 1 tsp of lime juice and pour over the salmon.
