Salmon sashimi with avocado and wasabi cream

    • 400 g salmon fillet, sashimi quality
  • Avocado cream
    • 1 avocado
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • 2 tsp lemon juice
    • 2 tsp wasabi paste, or more according to taste
  • Lime oil
    • 1 lime, juice and zest
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 1.5 tbsp black sesame seeds

1. Place the avocado flesh, lemon juice and wasabi paste in a bowl and blend with a hand blender to make a smooth cream.

2. Slice the salmon thinly and spread over a serving plate.

2. Mix the juice and zest of one lime with the olive oil and black sesame seeds.

3. Serve the salmon sashimi topped with the lime oil and sesame seeds, with the avocado cream on the side.
