Spaghetti with salmon and bean sprouts

UNDER 20 MINUTES EASY
This spaghetti with salmon, kale and bean sprouts is definetly worth a try! Here there are different textures, interesting flavors and the dish is both light and filling at the same time.

    • 500 g salmon, diced
    • 400 g dried spaghetti, follow pack instructions to boil
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • handfuls of kale
    • 180 g bean sprouts
  • Soy sauce with lime
    • 8 tbsp soy sauce
    • juice from a lime
    • 2 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Boil the spaghetti, following the pack instructions.
  2. Dice the salmon. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the kale. Fry gently for 2-3 minutes then add the salmon and bean sprouts. 
  3. Mix the soy sauce with the lime juice and olive oil.
  4. Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain and add to the pan with the kale, salmon and bean sprouts. Pour over the soy sauce and lime mix and serve.
