This spaghetti with salmon, kale and bean sprouts is definetly worth a try! Here there are different textures, interesting flavors and the dish is both light and filling at the same time.

gsalmon, diced
gdried spaghetti, follow pack instructions to boil
tbspolive oil
handfuls of kale
gbean sprouts
Soy sauce with lime
tbspsoy sauce
juice from a lime
tbspolive oil
Method
Boil the spaghetti, following the pack instructions.
Dice the salmon. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the kale. Fry gently for 2-3 minutes then add the salmon and bean sprouts.
Mix the soy sauce with the lime juice and olive oil.
Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain and add to the pan with the kale, salmon and bean sprouts. Pour over the soy sauce and lime mix and serve.
