Herbs taste great with cod, especially in this dish that quickly becomes a favorite on the dinner table.

breadcrumbs
Zest of 2 lemons
Juice of 1 lemon

bunch fresh dill, roughly chopped

salt

turns of a pepper grinder
Procedure
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Cut the fish into large pieces and place in an oven-proof dish.
Mix the other ingredients in a bowl – butter, breadcrumbs, lemon zest and juice, dill, salt and pepper.
Spread the mix over the fish and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
