Baked fillet of trout with spring onion and lemon

The perfect dish if you plan to cook for a group of people. It is easy to prepare and everyone will love it.

    • 500 g trout fillet, skinned and boned
    • 4 tbsp olive oil
    • 8 pepper
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 lemon zest from 1 lemon
    • 2 spring onions, thinly sliced
    • 4 tbsp natural yoghurt
    • 0.5 fresh oregano

Method


1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Place the trout fillets (or salmon) in an oven-proof dish and drizzle with the olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon zest and spring onions.
3. Bake in the oven for around 10 minutes
