Crispy salad with smoked salmon and egg

A fresh and tasty salad that is just as good for lunch as for dinner. A soft boiled egg on top makes this a warm and tasty dish.

smoked salmon, sliced

soft-boiled eggs

red onion, sliced into rings

handfuls iceberg lettuce or other lettuce

croutons

sherry vinegar or balsamic cream

olive oil
Procedure
Boil the eggs for around 4 minutes then cool in cold water.
Slice the red onion into thin rings.
Place the lettuce in a bowl, add the onion rings and pour over a teaspoon of sherry vinegar or balsamic cream and 1 1/2 teaspoons of olive oil.
Add the croutons and the salmon. Peel the eggs, cut into two and add to the salad.
