Salmon with apple, ​kale and walnuts​

UNDER 30 MINUTES EASY
The apples provides a great freshness to this easy salmon dish.

    • 500 g salmon portions, without skin and bones
    • apples in cubes
    • handfuls of kale
    • walnut kernels
    • 0.5 juice of ½ a lemon
    • 0.5 tsp salt
    • 5 pinches of black pepper​
    • 2 tbsp olive oil

Procedure​

  • Fry the salmon on low heat in a frying pan. ​
  • Mix the kale, walnut kernels and apples and add the juice from half a lemon. Add salt, black pepper and olive oil. Mix the salad well and leave for 20 minutes. ​
  • Add the salmon just before serving.​
