    Salmon with apple, ​kale and walnuts​
    UNDER 30 MINUTES EASY
    The apples provides a great freshness to this easy salmon dish.

    servings
      • 500 g 1 salmon portions, without skin and bones
      • 2 1 apples in cubes
      • 4 1 handfuls of kale
      • 40 1 walnut kernels
      • 0.5 juice 1 of ½ a lemon
      • 0.5 tsp 1 salt
      • 5 pinches 1 of black pepper​
      • 2 tbsp 1 olive oil

    Procedure​

    1. Fry the salmon on low heat in a frying pan. ​
    2. Mix the kale, walnut kernels and apples and add the juice from half a lemon. Add salt, black pepper and olive oil. Mix the salad well and leave for 20 minutes. ​
    3. Add the salmon just before serving.​
