This might sound impossible, but it's not. We have to admit that the five ingredients don't include things like salt, pepper, butter and a neutral oil, as we are assuming that we all have these in the kitchen cupboards. But apart from these, the other ingredients can be counted on one hand.

Having only a few ingredients to work with makes preparing a meal so much quicker, a bonus for most of us. Below are recipes for food for a packed lunch, dinner and when you have guests. So, the only question remaining is: what do you fancy today?
