Baked pollock with curry

Fish in baked in the oven is both tasty and simple - this recipe with saithe and curry offers exciting flavors.
Ingredients

pollock

of curry powder (or to taste)

tbsp

raisins

cup

of crème fraîche
2
bundles
1
of spring onions
0.5

mango, cut into pieces
Procedure
Cut the fish into cubes and the onions and mango into pieces.
Mix the raisins and curry powder in well with the crème fraiche.
Lay the fish in the bottom of the ovenproof dish, sprinkle the spring onions and mango over
the fish. Then pour the curry sauce on top.
Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 20 minutes.
Serve with rice.
