Baked pollock with curry

    • 400 g pollock
    • 4 tsp of curry powder (or to taste)
    • 4 tbsp raisins
    • 1 cup of crème fraîche
    • 2 bundles of spring onions
    • mango, cut into pieces

Procedure

  • Cut the fish into cubes and the onions and mango into pieces.
  • Mix the raisins and curry powder in well with the crème fraiche.
  • Lay the fish in the bottom of the ovenproof dish, sprinkle the spring onions and mango overthe fish. Then pour the curry sauce on top.
  • Cook in the oven at 180 degrees for approx. 20 minutes.

 Serve with rice.
