Spaghetti are long, cylindrical and thin and only need to be boiled for a few minutes. They are great served with a tomato and olive oil sauce.
Fusilli can be used for almost all kinds of pasta dishes, and look great with their corkscrew form. They are particularly good with thicker sauces as the corkscrew shape fills up with the sauce, so you get the most out of the other ingredients in the dish.
Lasagne sheets are perfect for creating several layers with filling. If the sheets don't fit in your dish, break them into the size you need. The more layers of lasagne the better – according to lasagne enthusiasts.
